In Hawaiʻi, “mahalo” means thank you, but it’s more than a phrase. It’s an expression of gratitude, respect, and appreciation for the people who help make success possible.

As we celebrate achieving President’s Council and earning a place among the top 1% of Farmers districts, I want to extend a heartfelt mahalo to our incredible agents, district team, corporate leadership, and the communities we serve.

Much like the ocean surrounding these islands, business is constantly changing. There are ebbs and flows, calm waters and strong currents. As leaders, our job is to stay fluid, attentive, and ready to harness forward momentum when it comes, while navigating challenges with purpose and resilience. The love, respect, and exchange of ideas we shared these last few days with the amazing leaders throughout our Farmers family remind us that we are all part of one team, rowing in the same direction toward a common purpose.
