PA CareerLink - Blair County works with several partnering agencies to offer employment and training programs to all Adults, Dislocated Workers and Young Adult. Services offered but not limited to career exploration, staff directed job search, professional resume writing, mock interviewing, summer/year round paid work experiences, on-the-job training, funding for school, assistance with GED and ot

her supportive services. Employer services are also available. All services are at no cost. PA CareerLink® Blair County is an equal opportunity employer/program. Even our newest visitors know where to go for career services. 🐥💼

Awkward teenage years look a little different for everyone. Some teens avoid eye contact. Some teens need career guidance. Some teens show up to PA CareerLink® Blair County wearing glasses and carrying a briefcase.

Last week, students from the HUB Program brought one of the Altoona Area Public Library chicks upstairs to visit the office, and naturally, we helped him prepare for the workforce.

Glasses? Check.
Briefcase? Check.
Professional experience? Pending.
