Job description

CNC Machinist is primarily responsible for the set up and operation of CNC production equipment using standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Perform set ups and operate CNC equipment, including turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping and honing efficiently and safely.
Operate multiple machines simultaneously when needed.
Able to adjust and calculate machine speeds, depths, and feed ratios.
Set up and operate various inspection instruments as required
Read and understand blue prints.
Responsible for performing routine operational checks and repair work on machinery.
Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with company policies, Quality Manual and procedures.
Safety, cleanliness of equipment and company product, including but not limited to:
Simple maintenance as required.
Clean work area as needed.
