Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor – 3PL Packaging Operations

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and packaging operations within a fast-paced 3PL environment. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse associates, ensure productivity goals are met, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support warehouse and packaging team members during second shift operations.
* Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to meet customer requirements.
* Monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics while maintaining compliance with company policies.
* Coordinate receiving, inventory control, packaging, and shipping activities.
* Train, coach, and develop employees to maximize performance and engagement.
* Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and employee concerns.
* Partner with management to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Forklift certification and packaging experience are a plus.

Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience. Full Benefits 90/10, End of year BONUS incentive!
