Home Remodeling Company (Old Town Alexandria ) is hiring residential estimator home remodeling sales project such as kitchen and bathroom, basement, deck and porches, home addition projects, flooring, siding, and masonry work and etc.
We are looking for the right person to fill a very important position. We are looking for someone who has worked in the remodeling industries such as kitchen, bathroom, and basement decks, concrete and etc, you must be able to talk to new customers and discussing with clients about their project requirements, and schedule free estimate to see their projects on a technical manner, and also you should expert on sales
Work Location Alexandria old town
Duties
Create cost estimates for kitchen and bathroom, basement, deck, and porches, home addition, flooring, siding, and masonry work depending on customer requirements.
Collaborate with production, project management, engineering, sales teams, vendors, subcontractors and others as required
Meet project deadlines
Proactive input as to most efficient means and methods to determine cost but does not make the final determination.
Having a good skill in closing sales.
Manage the customers expectations to ensure they understand all company policies, guidelines and processes so as to ensure no deviation and loss of control of the job.
All estimates are written should be clear and understandable.
Perform all other duties as may be assigned.
you must have knowledge of the material used for kitchen and bathroom and residential projects,
you must know step by step of residential remodeling projects.
Provide a free estimate for kitchen and bathroom and residential projects per homeowner request
Detailed oriented
Great on the phones
Thrives with responsibility
Having knowledge of HR
Making new appointments for incoming leads.
Other duties and tasks, as required.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discuss, schedule and maintain customer requests for estimates accurately and consistently
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School/ Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in, Construction Estimating or related technical field preferred.
3+ years of construction and estimating experience preferred.
Clear communicator
Analytical a thinker with above-average problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Able to meet deadlines
Strong personal organization skills, especially in maintaining records of the information used to determine the cost
Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Able to work individually or on a team
Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent preferred
