Congratulations Mileidy 💐
✨ Celebrating our ‘Spark of the Month’! ✨
Luttrell Staffing Group’s Spark of the Month is a recognition fueled entirely by internal peer nominations and selections! This program honors teammates who light up our workplace through positivity, creativity, teamwork, or those everyday moments that make a big difference.
We’re celebrating Mileidy Colon from our Morristown, TN branch- our August SPARK of the Month! ✨
Inspiring is the perfect word to describe Mileidy. She’s always looking for ways to grow her skills and put them to work helping others. As a certified trainer through the National Safety Council who has also completed the requirements to become a Fall Protection Competent Person, she brings valuable knowledge and a generous team spirit to everything she does.
From supporting First Aid/CPR classes with her onsite customer to volunteering to help with larger classes for other clients, Mileidy steps up wherever she can make a difference.
Congratulations, Mileidy! Thank you for inspiring us with your commitment to learning, helping others, and building safer workplaces. 💛
