We are currently seeking 30 people to work the PrideFest event this year. You will be working all day Friday June 9thth and Saturday June 10th. You will also be given a t-shirt to wear that you get to keep.

Friday June 9th:

Report to Balloon Fiesta Park at 8am
Will be setting up tents, picking up trash and helping out wherever needed
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Saturday June 10th:

Will report to Girard at 7:30 am. This is the beginning of the parade route.
Will assist in helping route cars in the parade route
At 2pm will report to Balloon Fiesta Park
Will walk throughout the crowd telling them where they can purchase tickets and also pointing them in the right line
Walking throughout the park to pick up trash
Will assist in tear down after the event
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
This will be a long day so you will need to dress comfortably and wear good walking shoes.

· Expedite material

· Analyze, adjust, and optimize product and component inventory levels

· Maintain the integrity of MRP parameters (e.g., lot/order size, lead time, safety stock, etc.)

· Coordinate quality issues with suppliers and manage returns

· Position may require some evening and weekend hours

The qualifications you must have:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics

· 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and procurement

· 3+ years Microsoft Excel experience

Our preferred qualifications:

· Prior SAP “by-design” or similar MRP planning system experience

· APICS/NAPM Certification

· Metal/steel fabrication background

· Experience in procurement of metals

· Excellent interpersonal, analytical, independent judgment and organizational skills

· Strong negotiating, planning, time management and communications skills

· Knowledge of metallurgical specifications

· Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications

· Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations in a fast-paced, smaller company environment

· Proven track record of delivering products

Election Technician

Open/Flexible Schedule - Must be willing and able to travel.

Position Summary:

Under supervision, coordinates the preparation of the election process and provides technical and professional assistance to city, county, state, and tribal jurisdictions. Works with internal parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, manage, and conclude major projects.



Required Qualifications (including education, skills, experience and physical requirements): Note: These include but are not limited to the following

High School Diploma is preferred plus 1-year direct experience in related field – a combination of education, skills and experience will be considered.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, computer hardware and basic networking skills.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work in the field including any necessary travel by plane or vehicle.

Must be able to lift and move a range from 10-50lbs unassisted and 50+lbs. assisted (Carrying, pushing, and pulling).

Job Duties:

Offer technical guidance, analysis, and evaluation of issues.

Work closely with the Election Coordinators and Election Directors to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude major projects.

Assist in the deployment of voting equipment, implementing the testing process and procedures associated with the specific guidelines that have been implemented by statues, federal, state, or other governing laws.

Work well independently as well as part of a team (work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments and priorities depending on the needs of the operation).
