Hiring Hub is seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our internal staffing and recruiting team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
We are looking for an individual who is personable, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and takes initiative with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and engage candidates through databases and social media platforms
• Post and manage job openings across various media channels
• Track and maintain recruitment activity
• Screen and evaluate applicants, including conducting reference checks
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and assist with event preparation
• Support large-scale applicant orientations
• Conduct prescreen interviews, coordinate interview scheduling, and assist with background checks
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; experience with ATS systems preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
