Four pillars. One vision. 🚀📊✨

Staffing.
Workforce Advocacy.
Community Revitalization.
Curated Events.

Each pillar has a purpose. Each plays a role in how we’re building something different at 715 SoMa.

And now, our Curated Events pillar has a space to thrive.

Advocacy isn’t Dej Loaf, but we promise it goes both ways. 🙃

We prepare the people for the workforce, but we also go the extra mile to ensure that the workforce is aligned with the needs of the people. 📊🚀✨

Come for the vibes. Stay for the energy. 💜🎶

Pull up for Violets & Vinyls — where we trade blooms, spin records, swap affirmations, and pour a little good energy back into the room.

Bring a bouquet 💐 to share, a vinyl to play 🎶, and affirmations to leave with someone 📝…
