This person will often be the first impression candidates, associates, clients, and visitors have of our company.
This is a fast-paced environment and we're looking for someone who thrives when juggling multiple priorities, solving problems, and taking ownership.
This position is NOT for someone looking for their first office job.
We're looking for someone who has already proven themselves in a professional environment and is ready to become part of a strong team and a great culture.
✅ 5+ years of professional office experience preferred
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Reliable and accountable
✅ Comfortable with technology and multiple systems
✅ Able to work independently without constant direction
✅ Customer service focused
✅ Must have reliable transportation
📍 Albany, NY
⏰ Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
💲 $22-$26/hour (depending on experience)
