Right now, we're looking for three people to join our Albany & Saratoga team:
🔹 RECRUITER / EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST – ALBANY
This is our most immediate need!
We're looking for someone who loves people, recruiting, relationship building, solving problems and the satisfaction of putting the right person in the right job.
This person will have a heavy focus on Office Services positions while also managing one of our larger Light Industrial clients.
🔹 FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR – SARATOGA SPRINGS
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who's organized, outgoing, dependable and wants to build a career.
You'll be supporting our team, candidates, associates and clients while learning the staffing business from the ground up.
The hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, and there's HUGE growth potential for the right person.
🔹 FINANCE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – ALBANY
We're looking for someone who loves numbers, organization and making sure things are done accurately and on time.
This role includes payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, QuickBooks, reconciliations, compliance and other financial and administrative responsibilities.
We're really proud of the team we're building, and we're going to be selective about who we add to it.
We can teach people our business.
We can't teach them to care.
