JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to pass a drug test
Reliable Transportation
Able to work in Warehouse environment (warm/hot conditions)
Able to lift 50lbs sometimes repetitively
Ability and comfort of using air or hand tools

POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares to assemble wooden boxes/crates based on blueprints.
Positions boards, plywood and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Measure and fasten precut wood and plywood to complete projects.
Manually assemble wooden crates from pre-cut boards.
Maintain supplies and inventory handy on a daily basis.
Maintain areas clean and free of parts and debris.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and plant manager, may rotate within the plant.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be able to read a measuring tape
Able to read some blueprints
Must be able to read and understand work instructions in English
Able to operate power tools - nail gun, staple gun, hammer and other hand and air tools.
Lift up to 50lbs to 80lbs
Safety conscious
Ability to stand for a long period of time;
Perform recurring activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and reaching.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using basic hand tools.
Ability to work in teams
Ability to complete work with little to no supervision
