After 44 years in the Temporary Staffing industry, Superior Staffing has decided to exit the temporary clerical/administrative segment of our business. We will continue to operate our quite successful Superior Search Group division which focuses solely on finding direct hire salaried talent for our clients. Superior Search Group has been around for over 20 years but many still don’t know of our expertise in this area.

Positions we have recently filled include:

· Sales Engineer
· Field Maintenance Technicians
· Regional Sales Manager

· Human Resources Lead

as well as many leadership roles in the manufacturing industry.

SUBROGATION SPECIALIST (M-F 8:30-5:00)

Administrative Paralegal with insurance and medical terminology experience needed for a busy firm in West Akron.

Responsibilities:

Review reported claims to determine subrogation potential
Use judgment and critical thinking to determine recovery potential of health insurance liens
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Insurance claims experience (EOBs and adjustments) HIGHLY preferred
Contact third parties by phone to resolve insurance loss
Review claims to determine next steps (critical thinking)
Strong analytical and judgment skills when reviewing claims
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient with technology, especially Outlook email
Excellent mathematical skills
Must be vaccinated to be considered for employment.
