This job will require the use of hand/power tools to assemble large scale electrical control boxes. Position involves working with sheet metal; using drills, ratchets, and impacts. Must be able to read diagrams/blueprints and make assemblies accordingly. Heavy lifting NECESSARY, some items could weigh up to 75 lbs.

Job Summary: Seeking friendly, personable, and energetic candidate to serve as customer support for local manufacturing company. Company specializes in construction grade adhesives & sealants. Will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer questions and concerns. Duties will include email/phone communication, order entry, order tracking, issue resolution, etc. Prior customer support experience in a manufacturing field preferred!

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

-Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings

Job Requirements:
-Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
-Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus

-Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is advantageous
-Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
-Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in typing and data entry tasks
