✨Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting for Workforce & Housing programs
• Oversee grant compliance and reporting
• Support payroll allocation and cost tracking
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, billing, and audits
• Work closely with program leadership

✅ Requirements:
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Experience with grants, payroll, or nonprofit accounting a plus
• Strong Excel, organization, and communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have:
• Federal grant / OMB Uniform Guidance experience
• Nonprofit or fund accounting background
• CPA or advanced degree
