Career Options Africa Ltd was founded in 2003 initially focusing on career guidance and career management advisory to education institutions, students and employers. The firm also published a Career Magazine called East Africa Career Journal. In 2004, Career Options Africa changed its strategic direction and shifted to corporate training with a special focus on open seminars and conferences. Among
its flagship event was the annual East African Human Capital Conference held annually from 2006 to 2009 in Nairobi, Dar salaam and Kigali. In 2010 Career Options changed its legal status from registration under the Business Names Act to a Limited Liability Company with four directors and added Management Consulting to its service offering. Our Talent Management Division offering a one stop center on Talent Management was established in 2013 and the Talent Management website www.talentcentreafrica.co.ke remains a valuable resource on Talent Management to HR Managers in the region. In 2015, Professional Employer, HR outsourcing and Immigration & Relocation services were added to the range of services offered to employers.
