๐จ We're Hiring: Finance Manager | Coffee Export Sector ๐จ
On behalf of one of our clients โ a leading coffee export business, we are recruiting a *Finance Manager* to lead their finance and accounting function.
This is a role for someone who doesn't just close the books, but understands what the numbers are saying about the business. You'll lead a team of 3 accountants, own management reporting, budgeting, cash flow and tax compliance, and sit close enough to leadership to actually influence decisions.

โช๏ธ Monthly management accounts, budgeting & forecasting
โช๏ธ Cash-flow management and banking oversight
โช๏ธ Tax & URA compliance
โช๏ธ Audit coordination and internal controls
โช๏ธ Leading and developing a team of accountants
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
โช๏ธ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field + ACCA / CPA / CA / CIMA
โช๏ธ 7โ10+ years' experience, including team supervision
โช๏ธ Strong grasp of Ugandan taxation and URA procedures
โช๏ธ External audit exposure
โช๏ธ Someone hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working closely with senior management
