What can a career at sea look like after almost eight years? For Milijana, it meant new opportunities, new people, countless memories and a journey that brought her to the position of Director of Hotel Services, currently on board MSC Opera.
Her story is a good reminder that sometimes you start a job without knowing where it can take you.
Hear from Milijana:
"My journey with MSC Cruises began in December 2018, and what started as a career opportunity has grown into an extraordinary journey of growth, discovery, and unforgettable experiences ✨
Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of meeting inspiring people, embracing new opportunities, and creating countless memories that have shaped not only my career, but also the person I am today. Every step of this journey has been enriched by trust, support, and encouragement from the many talented and dedicated colleagues I have had the opportunity to work alongside.
I am deeply proud and grateful to be part of the MSC Family and honoured to continue this journey as Director of Hotel Services.
Looking ahead, I am excited about the opportunities that await, continuing to grow through meaningful experiences, inspire others, and make a positive difference alongside the incredible people who make MSC Cruises truly special.” 💙
Your career at sea could take you further than you think.
We’re always looking for new people to join our teams on board.
