🚢 We’re Hiring: Experienced Crew Recruiter
Marine MAN is looking for an experienced and results-driven Crew Recruiter to join our international maritime team.
💻 Work format: Fully remote
We are currently considering Ukrainian and Georgian candidates for this fully remote position.
Proven experience in maritime recruitment or crewing is required. This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for a recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment process, communicate confidently with seafarers and select suitable candidates for vessels.
English language skills are not mandatory — candidates who currently work mainly in Ukrainian or Russian are also welcome to apply.
The main responsibilities include:
• Independently searching for and attracting seafarers
• Reviewing CVs, certificates and maritime documents
• Conducting professional interviews
• Evaluating candidates’ experience and suitability
• Selecting qualified crew members for available positions
• Maintaining communication with seafarers throughout the recruitment process
• Building and maintaining a reliable candidate pool
