🎯 Vacancy: Head of GR
APERCON is looking for an experienced Head of GR to join an international B2B group of companies operating in the iGaming industry.
This is a key strategic role for a government relations professional who will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with Ukrainian and European government institutions, regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders, while representing the interests of the Group in legislative and regulatory matters.
🌐 Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian legislative and regulatory environment.
• Established network and experience working with government authorities, regulators and relevant state institutions.
• Practical experience monitoring and analysing legislation and regulatory changes.
• Experience representing business interests in discussions with government bodies and industry regulators.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming / gambling regulatory framework in Ukraine is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with draft legislation, regulatory initiatives and public policy matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory developments into clear business implications.
• High level of discretion, political awareness and ability to operate in a complex regulatory environment.
• Ukrainian and English — strong professional proficiency.
💼 The Role:
You will work closely with the Group’s management and legal teams, taking responsibility for Government Relations and representing the company’s interests in legislative and regulatory matters.
