Long Term HR Trainee
We are looking for Long Term HR Trainees, to be based in our Istanbul Office, supporting Consultants in recruitment projects.
The successful candidates will receive a training on Grafton Recruitment’s internal systems and have the opportunity to be exposed to a valuable source of information, gaining insight on diverse industries, professions and backgrounds in corporate life.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

2nd / 3rd year BA/BS Student or Postgraduate Student
Able to work 5 days in summer and 3 days a week in school time
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
Professional, self-confident and friendly attitude
Attention to details and a systematic approach to tasks
Enjoys working with data and systems
Having a genuine interest in various business industries, functions, and Human Resources Consultancy field per se. (preferably aiming to pursue a career in HR Management / Consultancy)

Turkey organized a business breakfast event with the contribution of British Chamber of Commerce in the Ball Room of British Consulate, in which Milan Novak was one of the key speakers. There were approx. 90 participants from significant Turkish companies. It was a successful event and a big opportunity for us in Turkey to increase brand awareness and of course to network with potential new clients. By being also mentioned in a very popular Turkish newspaper, it definitely was a well spread coverage. Well done all, Milan, Turkish Team& marketing.

Concerning ICM program we have more than one good news. We have two successfully placed candidates from Poland to Lithuania. Another one referral which finished with score was done between Hungary and Slovakia in Financial division. It works folks, so think BIG when solving Talent Gaps !
