OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS FROM KABILE CIRCUS AND PERFORMING ART!
“DRIFT Istanbul is looking for its first participants!”
ZU-UK, one of London's most important interactive performance ensembles, is coming to Istanbul in February 2023 with DRIFT International programs. Designed as a training, specialisation and mentorship program for artists, DRIFT International is looking for the first participants of DRIFT Istanbul, hosted by the British Council Turkey Creative Collaborations and hosted by Kabile Circus and Performing Arts!
About DRIFT
Founded in 2006 by artists Jorge Lapes Ramos and Persis Jadé Maravala directors of ZU-UK company, DRIFT International is a concentrated one-week professional development and mentoring program for artists at different stages of their careers. DRIFT International, which has been held in more than 20 editions in different cities of the world so far, brings together artists working in new media fields such as theatre, dance, performance, writing, installation and digital arts in an interdisciplinary environment of experimentation and discovery, establishing partnerships with other artists. It provides an opportunity for them to develop and implement an ongoing project or an idea that is still in its infancy.
