🔒 OpenSSH Vulnerability Puts Millions of Linux Systems at Risk!
A severe vulnerability in OpenSSH's server (sshd), CVE-2024-6387, has been discovered by Qualys’ Threat Research Unit. This flaw allows remote code ex*****on with root privileges on glibc-based Linux systems, potentially affecting over 14 million systems worldwide.

Affected OpenSSH Versions:
Vulnerable: Versions earlier than 4.4p1 (unless patched for CVE-2006-5051 and CVE-2008-4109) and versions from 8.5p1 to 9.8p1.
Not Vulnerable: Versions from 4.4p1 to 8.5p1.
OpenBSD systems are unaffected due to a secure mechanism developed in 2001.
