WORK DESCRIPTION:
Tile stacker
- the person in this position places the sintered carbide plates on the milled element in accordance with the documentation
Applying flux to an element
-Cutting the desired length of the soldering tape
-Laying the tiles in accordance with the documentation
-Handing over the element for soldering (solder)
-Write off used tiles in the system
Solder
- the person in this position deals with induction soldering
Inserting the element prepared by the stacker between the induction heaters
Correction of the placement of the plates on the element (moving the tool)
Component extraction and visual inspection
Bending, punching
- the person in this position deals with the processing of elements
Mounting the appropriate die on the machine (according to the documentation)
Heating the product in an induction heater
Pulling out the hot element
Inserting the product into the die
Launching the press
CNC helper
(drills)
Machine adjustment (reaching zero points)
Launching the indicated program
Inserting an element into the machine
Removing the finished element from the machine with visual inspection
