JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordination and monitoring of construction processes as well as supplementary and invoice verification.
• With contract management, you conduct contract discussions and follow the contract-relevant correspondence.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and cost control and evaluate risks in relation to the project goals.
• The monitoring of processes in our database is just as much a part of your job as the ex*****on and logging of project meetings.
• They also participate in tenders and awards of contracts and accompany official approval and acceptance processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• An excellent prerequisite for this position is a degree in architecture, industrial engineering or civil engineering.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a comparable position and have the corresponding previous knowledge.
• Experienced handling of common MS Office applications.

You are a committed and professionally experienced building services engineer, mechanical engineer or electrical engineer with a strong focus on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

Your tasks

 Coordination with project managers, planners, experts and authorities
 Project-related overall responsibility in partial trades and their ex*****on
 Planning, design, calculation and CAD construction of technical building systems as well as the creation of technical documentation
 Preparation of service specifications

Your qualification

 University degree of building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent field of study (m/f).
 Relevant professional experience in the fields of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and plumbing.
 High quality awareness, cost-conscious working methods, time-oriented, consulting competence, organizational talent, a high degree of commitment, resilience, flexibility, willingness to work in a team as well as dedication and independent working method.
 Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines in Germany.
 Knowledge of the CAD-based planning software liNear and/or AutoCAD would be beneficial.
