Minimum 2–3 years of luxury cruises management in the same position

Fluent in English and German

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations and guest service excellence

📍 Location:

Sailing through Switzerland & Germany

💼 Contract & Benefits:

Swiss contract with full Swiss social and health insurance

Competitive salary: €1926 NET/month + bonus + tips

10.83 days of paid vacation after each full month of work

Rotation system: up to 9 weeks on board followed by 3 weeks of paid vacation
