In celebration of "IHG Giving for Good" month this September, InterContinental Phuket Resort proudly distributed 400 kg of organic fertilizer—produced from our Oklin Food Waste Composter—to the Kamala community through the Kamala SAO.

Led by Khun Bjorn Courage, our General Manager, the handover was received by Khun Charoon Kobkoy, the Mayor of Kamala, alongside Khun Pravee Rattana, the Chief Administrator, Khun Somsak Chaowchang, Director of Public Health and Environment Division, Khun Malid Pensuk, Deputy Mayor, Khun Viroj Maisapraw, Secretary to the Mayor, and members of the Kamala SAO council.

Further reinforcing our community commitment through the ongoing PROUD Kamala Project with Proud Group and Kamala SAO, we provided new cleaning equipment to empower local colleagues and residents in maintaining the cleanliness of the 3-kilometre Kamala Beach year-round.
