IT Desktop Support (L1)
🏢 Job Purpose
Provide first-level (L1) IT support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations by resolving basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Log, track, and update incidents and service requests via ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 or relevant teams
Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
Ensure timely resolution within defined SLA
🔹 Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support (L1)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking
Familiar with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
Good English and Thai communication skills
Strong service mindset and problem-solving skills

🏢 Job Purpose
Lead onsite IT operations and provide advanced technical support (L2/L3), ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, and effective team management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise onsite IT support team (L1/L2)
Provide L2/L3 support for complex technical issues
Manage incident, request, and escalation processes
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and service quality
Assign and monitor tasks for team members
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and devices
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Prepare reports, performance metrics, and service updates
Identify and implement process improvements
🔹 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Support / Infrastructure
Experience in team leadership or senior support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft technologies, and networking
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Good English and Thai communication skills
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
