Job Description
1.All employees understand the company ‘s regulations & Laobor Law and Quality Policy.
2.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
3.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
4.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
5.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
6.Maintain pay plan and benefits program
7.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
8. Supervise the subordinates according to their defined
9. It is responsible for Train and support for knowledge , understanding of basic occupational health and safety.
Requirement
1. Education: Bachelor ‘ degree up
2. S*x: Female
3. Age: Up to 45 year
4. Experience: 5-10 year
5. Special ability
: Good at English skill
: Good computer skill
: Knowledge about HR and Labor Law
