Job Highlights :

Responsibilities :
1.Customer Experience Optimization:
- How to create and ensure a positive experience for customers at all touch points with the brand.
- In-store: store design, customer flow, service experience from the point customer walks in front of the store till payment processing
- Online: e-commerce experience flow, UX/ UI testing
- On phone: phone conversation experience be it outbound calls (from store) or inbound calls (call center)
- In other brand communication channels with customers: mobile app, LINE account, LINE @, printed/ digital media, brand social platforms.
2.New Customer Acquisition:
- Acquisition strategy.
- Ex*****on planning with other departments.
- Getting feedback and adjusting strategy as needed.
3.Existing Customer Retention :
- Retention strategy.
- Ex*****on planning with other departments.
- Getting feedback and adjusting strategy as needed.
4.Customer Data Analysis:
- Purchase Frequency.
- Purchase Pattern Analysis.
- Basket Analysis.
5.Customer Relationship Management:
- Handling complaints and suggestions: whole loop responsibility.
- Complaint Prevention: working with Operation, Talent Development or other related departments to reduce occurrences of complaints at root cause.
Qualification :
1.Bachelor – Master degree.
2.At least 2 years ofCustomer relationship experiences and at least 1-2 years of management level; preferably in FMCG industry.
3.First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge.
4.Knowledge and understanding of data and production processes.
5.Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
