Scholarships
Kent International Award for Academic Excellence (undergraduate)
We're pleased to offer guaranteed awards of £2000 for entry at undergraduate level for international students who meet certain academic requirements. These awards will be paid towards the cost of tuition fees for the first year of study.
There is no application form to complete. Eligible applicants will receive confirmation via the KentVision portal within a few weeks of receiving an unconditional offer.
The qualifications needed for applicants to receive this award are A Level (AAA or 3 grades equivalent to 144 UCAS tariff points), BTEC (3 x Distinction, equivalent to 144 points), French Baccalaureate (14/20), India Standard XII (85%), SQA Advanced Diploma (AA) and students studying a foundation programme at an NCUK (144 points or AAA) or INTO Study Centre (70% or AAA). Open for Undergraduate Clearing 2024 from University of Strathclyde
Undergraduate Clearing Now Open!
Undergraduate Clearing offers your students the perfect chance to secure a place to study at the University of Strathclyde, starting study in September 2024. Students may be eligible for undergraduate Clearing if they meet at least one of the below criteria:
- have applied through UCAS after 30 June
- have not received any offers or have rejected all offers received from other universities
- have not met all the conditions of their offer
- have not yet made an application through UCAS
For students that have not yet made an application through UCAS, we're also delighted to offer the opportunity to apply directly to the University of Strathclyde. Direct applications can be made through your agency portal by selecting ‘undergraduate’ when you create a new application.

UPDATE - London Metropolitan University - Deposits and Scholarships - Sept 2024
Further to our recent communications with our partners in the sector, we are happy to share some additional support measures to assist you in a final push towards the Autumn 2024 intake.
- With immediate effect, we will be reducing our deposit amount to £4000 for all students, excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%. This is a significant reduction, in line with feedback that students often can’t access their loan funding until after issuance of their visa. This deposit is required prior to CAS being issued, after which we will need students to top up their payment to 75% of tuition fees at or prior to enrolment, with the remaining fees due within three months of the start of their course (as per the current regulations).
- In addition, we are increasing our Bright Futures Scholarship to £3000 per student for the 2024/25 intakes, which we hope will support more students to participate in their international experience. This scholarship will apply to students from all markets and will also be applied to those who have already accepted their offer and are in the visa application pipeline, subject to topping up of their tuition fees to 75% at or prior to enrolment.
