This month marks a significant milestone in our journey together.

หลายคนอาจจะรู้จัก freshket ในฐานะแพลตฟอร์ม 'Food Supply Chain' ที่รวมวัตถุดิบหลากหลายรายการ และมีบริการครบวงจรที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของร้านอาหารได้อย่างครบถ้วน แต่ freshket ยังมีเรื่องราวอีกมากมายที่ทุกคนอาจจะยังไม่รู้ ทั้งจุดเริ่มต้นของเรา ไปจนถึงอายุเฉลี่ยของพนักงานภายในบริษัท

และนี่คือรวมเรื่องสุดว้าวที่ไม่รู้ก็ไม่เป็นไร แต่รู้ไว้ก็ดีกว่าของ freshket ทั้ง 9 ข้อ

1. จุดเริ่มต้นของ freshket คือธุรกิจโรงคัดตัดแต่งในตลาดแห่งหนึ่ง

3. อายุเฉลี่ยของพนักงานในบริษัทคือ 29 ปี

4. จำนวนร้านอาหารที่ใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มของ freshket ในปัจจุบันคือ 20,000 ร้าน

5. ในช่วงโควิด-19 เราใช้เวลาในการคิดและเปลี่ยนโมเดลธุรกิจเพียง 1 วัน

6. ช่วงโควิด-19 ที่ผ่านมา เราเติบโตเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมกว่า 6 เท่า

7. ในการระดมทุนรอบ Series B ที่ผ่านมา เราสามารถระดมทุนได้กว่า 800 ล้านบาท

8. รายได้ในปีที่ผ่านมาของ freshket คือ 1,000 ล้านบาท

9. ปัจจุบัน freshket ให้บริการไปไกลมากกว่าแค่เพียงในกรุงเทพฯ แต่ยังครอบคลุมในพื้นที่ปริมณฑล พัทยา และหัวหินอีกด้วย

ปัจจุบัน freshket ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงตลาดสดออนไลน์อีกต่อไป แต่เราคือ Food Supply Chain Platform ที่มุ่งมั่นสร้างความเป็นไปได้ให้กับผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารและลูกค้าทุกคน โดยเป้าหมายของเราคือการ "สร้างระบบ Food Supply Chain ที่เป็นธรรม เพื่อทำให้ทุกฝ่ายเติบโตไปด้วยกันอย่างยืน" ซึ่งเราไม่เคยลดความมุ่งมั่นในการสร้างสิ่งนี้ให้เกิดขึ้นจริง โดยหวังว่าวันหนึ่งมันจะกลายเป็นอีก fact สุดว้าวของเรา
