🚀 About the Role
We are opening a new position for an experienced Senior Odoo Engineer to join our on-site team in Aleppo.
You will lead Odoo development, customization, implementation, and integrations across multiple business units, while guiding junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Backend & Frontend)
🔧 Lead full Odoo implementation lifecycle (analysis → configuration → deployment → support)
🌐 Integrate Odoo with external systems via APIs / web services / connectors
⚙️ Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Odoo environments
🐞 Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Odoo modules
📝 Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation
👨🏫 Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
🤝 Translate business requirements into technical solutions
✅ Required Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
🏆 4–7+ years hands-on experience with Odoo (v13–v17 preferred)
🐍 Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, QWeb
🧱 Experience building custom Odoo modules from scratch
🐧 Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Odoo deployment workflows
🔄 Strong understanding of business workflows: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing
💬 Strong analytical & communication skills
📌 Ability to work fully on-site in Aleppo
