World Vision International – South Sudan is seeking a qualified and dynamic FSL Cluster Co-coordinator to support national and sub-national coordination of Food Security and Livelihoods partners across South Sudan.

The role will support the effective delivery of life-saving assistance through strong coordination, strategic alignment, partner engagement, cluster leadership, and operational response planning.

🎯 Purpose of the Position

Since 2018, World Vision has been elected by peer NGOs to serve as the Food Security and Livelihoods Cluster Co-coordinator, representing international NGO partners at national level.

The FSL Cluster Co-coordinator will work closely with Cluster Lead Agencies, including WFP and FAO, and the Cluster Coordinator to coordinate FSL Cluster efforts across national and sub-national levels.

The role involves supporting more than 200 FSL partners involved in food security and livelihoods activities nationwide.

🌾 FSL Cluster Coordination

β€’ Co-lead a large network of FSL partners
β€’ Facilitate cluster meetings and training workshops
β€’ Provide one-on-one technical advice to partners
β€’ Support national and sub-national FSL coordination mechanisms
β€’ Promote collaboration and strategic alignment among FSL actors

β€’ Work with the Cluster Coordinator to provide leadership and strategic direction
