Learn directly from experts from the Bank of England, World Bank, Bank of Slovenia, the Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development of the Republic of Slovenia, and other leading institutions how to tackle climate-related risks and strengthen the analytical tools needed to respond.

🎯 Who should apply?
Central bank, ministry of finance, and ministry of environment officials working on climate policy, fiscal risk, macroeconomic analysis, or financial stability.

✅ Fully funded participation is available for selected officials from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.* Participants from other countries are also welcome to apply.

🧑‍🏫 The classroom might have changed, but the learning continued.

In late July, trainers from the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) led a Development of Training Skills workshop for colleagues at the State Tax Service of Moldova as part of the project.

Together, they explored:

🔹 Adult learning principles
🔹 Training design
🔹 Facilitation techniques
🔹 Participant engagement

From learners to trainers. NBM colleagues put their LearnOrgLab experience into practice by sharing it with peers from another institution.

💡 Participants especially appreciated the practical focus and relevance of the workshop to their day-to-day work.

The project is supported by the Constituency Program of the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands (Kiesgroepprogramma) and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Slovenia.
