Everyday and rapid changes around us are changing the work models of organizations and creating the need for a different way of managing companies and people. Successful management and management of companies brings a number of different challenges to the C-level of directors and members of the Management Board.

Climate change, new generations, labour migration, social inequalities, hybrid ways of working, digitalisation and AI are just some of the factors that bring and introduce changes.

Another month, another inspiring story. Meet Milena Pervanje, our former director of HR consulting projects and one of the pioneering members of Amrop in Adriatic region. Although Milena has recently decided to continue focusing on career coaching, we still hold her dear and often ask her for valuable advice.

You probably know Milena, because:
✔️ She is a renowned author and proofreader of articles from the field of HR in Slovenian daily publications.
✔️ Before joining our team, she worked for several years at the Faculty of Economics and the Ministry of Finance, where she was responsible for business training.
✔️ She has a long career as an HR consultant, helping top management of many international and regional companies with the search and selection processes.
✔️ Milena is also a coach and works on competency assessment methodologies.
✔️ In October 2009, her first book on modern methods of finding and selecting employees was published.

📚 And just recently, her second book about the six pillars of successful recruitment ➡️ ""Skrita moč – šest stebrov uspešnega kadrovanja"", saw the light of the day. Congratulation, Milena! We are so proud that you've managed to transfer your valuable knowledge in this insightful, practical guide that will help basically all business-related individuals that work with people.

We often refer to Milena as our guide, as she is a person with a really big heart and was always taking care of everybody in the office. Chilling in nature, especially near the Soča river, is what she likes to do in her free time. Milena's perfect morning is spent in her garden. And during the day, she is the happiest around her grown-up children and two grandchildren. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Thank you, Milena, for helping us build Amrop in Adriatic and for all the wonderful moments we've experienced together in this interesting journey since 2005. We wish you all the best on your new path, which will, without a doubt, be as successful as it was ours. 🤍
