Job Title: Technician 1/ 2 / Senior Production Technician
Location: 25 Pandan Crescent
Working Days and Hours: 12 hours rotating shift
Basic Salary start from $1,700 to $2,700 (Depends on experience)
Allowances: $5/Day Shift,$15/Night Shift, $90 Transport Allowance
Benefits: AWS, VB, 10 Days Annual Leave
Responsibilities
-Support daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency quality yield and machine utilisation
-Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work
-Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software
-Maintain records of maintenance programs including plant equipment such as air compressor vacuum pump transformer and etc
-Assist Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts through timely reviewing to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation
-Ensure production operation meets the company’s quality policy and objectives and comply with customer requirements
-Assist Process Engineer in executing continuous improvement plan to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company’s goals
-Assist Production Supervisor in initiating action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity
-Assist and execute the implementation of product non-conformity solution
-Raise safety awareness in assembly area
-Promote and cultivate good housekeeping behaviors in assembly area
-Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
Requirements
-Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical
-1 to 2 years of working experience
