Hiring Quantity Surveyor $2,800 - $4,200
Job Description:
*Experience in pre & post contract administration.
*Prepare tender cost submission /measurement / quantity take off / cost evaluation.
*Be responsible for sourcing subcontractors and suppliers.
*Evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
*Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control.
*Prepare settlement of the final account.
*Handle issues including the extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim.
*Maintenance of project documentation.
*Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
*Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or Diploma or Nitec (Building/QS) or equivalent.
*Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a construction firm preferred.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
*Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
