Human Capital Leadership Institute in collaboration with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower , has recently launched a book titled “Human Capital Insights”. In conjunction with the book launch, HCLI is organising a 3-part webinar series on , Technology, and Learning & Development in .

Using the case studies published in the book, these webinars will delve into what makes HR unique in Asia and what it takes to implement successful people practices in this vibrant part of the world.

In the first , we will explore the theme of Talent Management. There are strong impetuses for companies in Asia to develop and manage talent. Part of this impetus is driven by the fact that economic centres of the world have shifted eastward from the US and to Asia, leading to a situation where the demand for talent in Asia far outstripping what the region can currently readily supply.

HCLI will partner with a senior HR practitioner from one of the organisations featured in the book to discuss potential challenges in developing talent in Asia, and the possible roles organisations can play to accelerate development of talent in this part of the world.
