As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, Certis Integrated Services (CIS) was proud to participate in ITE College West Hearts in Motion – President's Challenge 2026 at Jurong Lake Gardens.

Invited by our longstanding partner, ITE College West, CIS joined the 3km Family Fun Walk alongside students, staff, industry partners, and members of the community in support of the President's Challenge.

With the support of our Head of Department, Benjamin Tuan, employees and their family members came together in true CIS spirit to complete the walk. Despite the unpredictable weather, every participant crossed the finish line with determination, reflecting the resilience, teamwork, and camaraderie that define our organisation.

Beyond the walk itself, the event was a reminder that when we come together behind a common purpose, we can make a positive impact on the communities we serve while supporting the beneficiaries of the President's Challenge.

A heartfelt thank you to ITE College West for the invitation and for organising this meaningful initiative. We look forward to continuing our strong partnership and supporting more opportunities to create lasting impact.

Certis Integrated Services was recognised with a Catalyst Award at IMDA's Digital for Life Partners' Appreciation Event on 17 July 2026.

Through our collaboration with Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore and the SG Digital Office, more than 900 CIS employees have strengthened their digital awareness and practical skills, from identifying and responding to scams to navigating the opportunities and risks of generative AI.

This recognition reflects our continued commitment to capability building, equipping our people with the knowledge, confidence and adaptability needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

As technology continues to evolve, we remain focused on building a workforce that is ready to meet the demands of tomorrow.

That spirit was on full display today, as we brought colleagues together to mark SAF Day with a Certis SAF Day Rededication Ceremony. Senior leaders joined NSmen, former servicemen and ex-regulars as they took the SAF pledge and reflected on this year's SAF Day message.

At Certis, this commitment shows up daily in the critical operations our people safeguard, the essential services they protect, and the quiet, often unseen ways they contribute to Singapore's security.

We are proud to receive the NS Mark (Gold), we will continue to uphold our support for NSmen through policies and workplace practices that let them meet their National Service obligations while continuing to build their careers.

Last week, our CIS colleagues came together for a meaningful Workplace Safety and Health workshop themed "Fit For Work, Safe At Work".

From health sharing and wellness tips to guided low-impact exercises, the session gave everyone practical tips to take better care of their physical well-being — both at work and in their daily life.

More than just a workshop,it was a reminder that safety and health begin with each of us. When our teams feel supported, informed, and ready, we become stronger together.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, participated, and brought such positive energy to the session.

Together, we create a safer, stronger CIS.

This April, our team came together for our monthly cohesion walk at the Singapore Botanic Gardens—one of the ways we intentionally create space for connection beyond day‑to‑day operations.

These sessions are designed to strengthen cross‑team relationships, encourage open communication, and support employee well‑being. By stepping outside the workplace, teams build trust and alignment that translate directly into stronger collaboration and more effective ways of working.

As demand grows for qualified lifeguards across safety-critical environments, having access to the right talent and validating readiness on the ground becomes a strategic advantage.

Recently, we conducted a recruitment drive in China, focused on sourcing lifeguards for upcoming projects. Beyond interviews, our team carried out in-person swim assessments to evaluate practical ability, discipline and water safety fundamentals.

This reflects how CIS builds dependable front-line capability. We combine structured sourcing, rigorous assessment and operational onboarding to support clients with workforce solutions, including training and managed services that are trusted across demanding environments.

Because at the end of the day, safety is delivered by people who are ready, qualified, and held to standard.

Our NEA Team Cohesion & Appreciation session brought the team together to recognise dedication, teamwork, and the everyday efforts that often happen behind the scenes. Seven outstanding colleagues were honoured as Top Team Players of the Year, alongside moments of connection, laughter, and shared pride.

Earlier this year, Certis Integrated Services supported an islandwide door-to-door food distribution exercise in collaboration with Food from the Heart (Singapore) .

The effort required teams to work closely together to plan routes, coordinate multiple vehicles, and ensure deliveries were carried out smoothly across different locations. It was a reminder that meaningful service depends not just on outcomes, but on the discipline, care, and professionalism applied throughout the process.

This is how our teams show up to work every day. By placing importance on preparation, clarity of roles, and reliability, especially in environments where conditions can be complex and dynamic.

We would like to thank our colleagues who contributed their time and effort to support this initiative, as well as Food from the Heart for the important work they continue to do for the community.
