Our client is a public-listed automotive group with over 30 years of history, evolving from accident repair and workshop services to include vehicle trading, leasing, and rentals. Built on trust, transparency, and service excellence, the company is expanding into the corporate mobility space — and they’re looking for the right leader to drive it forward.��
As the Business Development Manager (B2B), you’ll spearhead corporate sales and leasing, build lasting relationships with SMEs and enterprises, and craft mobility solutions for business needs across industries.��
Key Responsibilities:
�- Lead B2B sales efforts, targeting SMEs, corporates, and fleet operators�
- Build strategic relationships with procurement, HR, and ops decision-makers�
- Customize vehicle and leasing packages that fit client needs
�- Collaborate with operations and finance to close deals�
- Represent the brand at networking events and industry forums�
- Stay on top of market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings
��We’re looking for:�
✔️ 5+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive or leasing a plus)�
✔️ Track record of winning and managing key accounts�
✔️ Strong business acumen and solution-selling mindset�
✔️ Great communicator with excellent presentation & negotiation skills�
✔️ Entrepreneurial, independent, and results-driven�
✔️ Mandarin skills and Class 3 license a plus
Remuneration: S$5K-$9K
