中文：五天制 周一至周五 9:00am – 6:00pm
English：5 working days, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Salary & Benefits

Job Scope
中文：
1. 对接新马两地客户，跟进客户咨询、预约安排
2. 处理雇主招聘、外劳求职匹配等订单相关问题
3. 客户关系维护、信息登记及售后问题跟进
English：
4. Liaise with clients from Malaysia & Singapore, follow up enquiries and appointment arrangement
5. Handle employer recruitment and foreign worker job matching matters
6. Maintain customer relationship, record data and follow up after-sales issues
Requirements
中文：
▪️ 精通中英文沟通，英语能力良好
▪️ 熟练基础电脑操作
▪️ 沟通能力强，工作积极负责
English：
▪️ Fluent in Mandarin and English
▪️ Basic computer skills
▪️ Strong communication skills, proactive and responsible
