milestone unlocked! obtained my 50th google review after serving 100 odd clients the last few months. While it's a small deal compared to many of the massive agencies out there, it's something worth celebrating for me.
having been an auditor for 14 years, i had zero background on the helpers' industry/ work permit processing. lots of learning curves to scale, especially on the different foreign requirements from the source countries of Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, India, etc. certainly there were plenty lessons learnt - particularly in choosing and trusting the right business partners.
nevertheless i always wanted to have an alternative income stream (especially since becoming a dad), add value to people lives by solving problems for them - at a fair/ reasonable rate and change the industry to make things more ethical for all parties.
lots of stressful days and sleepless nights, but as will say, "if you dont change, nothing will change." 😅
forever grateful to my clients, especially those whom trusted me when i was new. thank you!
