It's time to make it a reality! Bring your family to Singapore with the Long-Term Visit Pass!

You can apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass for your family if you meet all these requirements:
- Hold an Employment Pass or S Pass.
- Earn a minimum fixed monthly salary of $6,000. This is based on your salary, and not based on your combined household income.
- Are sponsored by an established, Singapore-registered company (usually your employer).

You can get a pass for the following family members:
- Common-law spouse.
- Unmarried handicapped children aged 21 and above.
- Unmarried step-children under 21 years old.
- Parents – only for those earning a fixed monthly salary of at least $12,000.

If you are an eligible Dependant’s Pass holder, you can apply for a Letter of Consent to work in Singapore who wishes to operate a business.

Now you may have many questions in mind. Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) that can help address your queries:
-> How much you should pay? - It's free of cost
-> How long will it take for the process? - Maximum 4 weeks
-> When we can start the business? - The Dependent holder can start business after getting the LOC.
-> When will the LOC no longer be valid?
- When the Dependant’s Pass is cancelled or expires.
- When the business is no longer active, you still need to cancel the LOC.

-> What are the eligibility criteria to apply for an LOC, you need to be one of the following types of business owner:
- The sole proprietor of an ACRA-registered business.
- A partner of an ACRA-registered business.
- A company director with at least 30% shareholding in an ACRA-registered business.

The Training Employment Pass is for eligible foreign students or foreign trainees who want to undergo training in Singapore. The Training Employment Pass is valid for up to 3 months and is not renewable.

You can apply for a Training Employment Pass if you are a foreign student or a trainee from a foreign office or subsidiary.

If you are a foreign student:
The training attachment in Singapore must be part of your course of study.
You must be studying at an acceptable institution or earn a fixed monthly salary of at least $3,000.
You must be sponsored by a well-established Singapore-registered company.

If you are a trainee from a foreign office or subsidiary:
You must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least $3,000.

The Work and Holiday Visa Programme allows eligible Australian students and graduates to work and holiday in Singapore for 1 year.

Check out the key facts about the pass:
-> It takes around 4 weeks to process an application.
-> The passes for the family are not issued.
-> The Work and Holiday Visa Program can be issued only once.
-> Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with WHO EUL vaccines (including booster, if eligible) to get their passes issued.
-> You can travel in and out of Singapore with your Work Holiday Pass card and green Disembarkation/Embarkation card (IMM27), OR multiple journey visa.
-> When you get the pass issued the cost would be $175 for each pass and $30 for each Multiple Journey Visa (if applicable)

• A business plan in English, maximum 10 pages, consisting of:

MoM has raised the qualifying salaries and levies for S Pass holders, to uplift the quality of S Pass holders to the top one-third of our local APT workforce. These changes are being applied progressively from 1 September 2022.

- For new applications submitted on or after 1 Sep 2022 / from 1 Sep 2023 for renewals -->
ALL (EXCEPT FINANCIAL SERVICES) - $3,000 (increases progressively with age from age 23, up to $4,500 at age 45 and above)
