Incredibly grateful for a milestone month! 💖

This May, we had the privilege of deploying 8 amazing helpers to 8 wonderful families.

What blows our minds is the sheer range of care we were trusted with this month. We are supporting families with:
👶 for a sweet little one arriving this June.
🧒 for energetic, curious preschool kiddos.
👵 for an incredible centenarian who is 102 years young!

That’s a span of 102 years in just a single month! From life’s very beginning to its most treasured golden years, we don’t take this trust lightly. A very big thank you to our families and our hardworking helpers for making this possible. 🙏

Settle all the pre-deployment matters (medical check up, local training etc.), brief the helper, remind them of your do’s and don’ts and bring the helper to your home as part of the handover is all part of the personalised service we strive for to give you peace of mind 🤗

Our daily life - spend time interviewing and knowing each helper as much as we can and verify their records against MOM’s as we want only the good helpers. Watch till the end to see where we spend our time the most..🥹

One minute it’s Bahasa, next minute 中文, then suddenly English like nothing happened.

“Can cook?”
“Boleh.”
“可以。”
“Of course can lah.”

Basically Google Translate… but faster, sassier, and knows how to spot a good helper in 5 minutes 😌

Blessed April! Thanks for the trust from our employers! From our initial screening of biodata from overseas partners, agency’s interview for every single helper’s skills and characters, matching the suitable helpers according to employer’s needs, arranging interviews for employer and helper until the successful match, loads of paperwork and coordination with various parties, all the way to deployment to employer’s house.. Not an easy job but glad that we have helped a couple of families with needs and support in April! 🥰
