Job Title: NETWORK ENGINEER – 1 role
Network Engineer – L2 Support (4-6 yrs experience)
Job Location: 22 Tanjong Kling Road Singapore 628048.
Note: It takes 30 min Bus ride from Boon Lay MRT to the client Manufacturing site.
Working Days and Time: Field Support: Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5:30pm and need to be on Standby for once/twice in a month and if needed need to be on Call support.

Job Description & needed experiences:
 Good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity
 Good Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Datacenter devices
 Monitor and manage data center operations
 Good hands-on experience on 2960X,C9200,C9300,C9500 And ASR/ISR series of switches and Routers
 Hands on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco C9260x and C92xxL switches
 Good Hands-on experience on Meraki Switches, Wireless and access points
 Install, configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, Access Points
 Expert in Upgrading the device firmware ( Router/Switches)
 Candidate must be familiar with switch replacement process, Mount/unmount the devices from rack
 Rack, cable and configure network hardware, Servers & assist offshore team to conduct activities
 Good in Layer 2 protocols including, VSS, VPC technology
 Manage inventory and asset tracking
 Good Understanding of Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewall
 Good Understanding of Zscaler - ZIP/ZPA/ZCC
 Ability to evaluate technological needs and recommend appropriate solutions using standards and best practices

Job Description:

-Maintain expert level of product knowledge;
-Listen, understand and convey customer requirements;
-Maintain professional business relationships with customer;
-Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration and training services;
-Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance, --quickly and effectively handle sudden failures of customer site machines;
-Cooperate with the R&D team to complete the relevant testing and verification of the equipment;
-Provide weekly / monthly status of ongoing project and future projects;
-Design and implementation of equipment retrofit scheme;

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Master of Engineering in electrical, automation, optics, Laser, mechatronics, etc.
At least 3 years of working experience in maintenance and commissioning of automation equipment or laser processing equipment, and installation and commissioning, capable of handling equipment failures independently and quickly;
Proficient usage of Excel, JMP and other analysis software;
