Needed:
Warehouse Coordinator

1. Ensure proper receipt/ issue parts to support operation timely, stock rotation based on FIFO system, as well as ensuring security in warehouse
2. Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stocks and maintenance of proper warehouse documents
3. Handle cycle count and ensure proper housekeeping in warehouse
• Ensuring efficiency and productivity of warehouse functions are met
• Implementation Continue improvement for warehouse operations and projects
• To provide and backup for service technician after sales technical service and rework in- house if required
• Manage and implement slow moving and obsolete inventory action plan

Job Requirements:

• At least a GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma/ Certificate in Logistics / NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to drive forklift and stacker
• Energetic and proactive
• 3 year of related experience
• Familiar with Mircosoft tools and SAP order management functions is an added advantage
• Able to handle physical and work overtime
