**Job Description**

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to define, design, plan and execute a variety of complex programs and campaigns for B2B business unit
Identify capabilities, optimizations with MarTech team that helps to scale
- Partner with various in-house teams to drive capabilities and prioritization
- Coordinate with BDRs/Sales reps for Enterprise leads (APAC + LATAM) markets
Upload 3rd party leads data from various providers (Bambora, Mastercard, etc) into SalesForce

Eligibility Requirements

· Key contact person on operational and/or critical matter between the rest of the team and the Real Estate business.

· Reviewing financial statements and management accounts.

· Reviewing capital calls and distribution notices.

· Draft wordings for disclosure and wordings for IFRS/US GAAP accounting conventions.

· Reviewing of Capital Account Statements and NAV calculation.

· Involved in reviewing and authorizing Fund entities payments.

· Working with Fund investors on reporting requirements.

· Oversee Fund administrators in their daily cash management/payment duties.

Requirements

· Relevant degree with at least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting.

· In-depth knowledge of Fund Structures, Fund Accounting, Equalisations and Yardi Investment Tools.

· In-depth understanding of Local FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
