👨‍💻 Job Scope:
Responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for customers/clients, leading a project from beginning to end. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Khartoum, Sudan.

👩‍💻 Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions before Implementing the agreed solutions (configuration & development).
- Be in charge of the whole project, timelines, and successful completion of project deliverables in liaison with the assigned Project Manager
- Implement our Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training.
- Provide customers with functional assistance.
- Collaborate with developers / techno-functional consultants to execute specific customers' business requirements, as well as work with the sales team in pre & post-sales.

👩‍💻 Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, or Business Administration.
- At ease with software.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent analysis and communication skills.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.

👨‍💻 Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Act as SCRUM Master
• Assist techno-functional consultant and team leaders in sprint planning
• Direct and control projects representing the management of the company at the customer end
• Coach daily SCRUM stand-up meeting
• Facilitate any internal and external communication
• Make sure the project is fit for purpose and perform testing from a functional perspective
• Make sure that all requirements are delivered within scope, time, and cost
• Organize change requests and raise them to the Head of PMO for approval after clarifying the scope, time, and cost impact
• Attend sprint review meetings and take action accordingly after consulting the Head of PMO
• Attend sprint retrospective meetings and report agreed-upon actions
• Prepare weekly status reports in coordination with Head of PMO
• Report any concerns or issues to the Head of PMO on an immediate basis
• Raise any issues with the project team to the Head of PMO
• Assist the Head of PMO in performing team appraisal
• Raise any staffing issues and requirements to the Head of PMO
• Make sure daily hours are recorded and if not take appropriate action and notify the Head of PMO
• Sign off UAT and supervise handover to Head of PMO upon project completion
• Assist the Head of PMO in preparing proposals, tenders, and demos
• Prepare costing sheet and quotations and review with the Head of PMO
• Perform staff on-boarding

👩‍💻 Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP, Agile, SCRUM, Prince 2 certification would be advantageous.
- Excellent working knowledge of ERP software.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
