We are looking for an experienced Head Nurse with strong Quality Management experience to join our healthcare team.
👩⚕️ QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Registered Nurse / Licensed Nurse
✅ Proven experience as a Head Nurse or Nurse Supervisor
✅ Strong background in Healthcare Quality / Quality Improvement
✅ Knowledge of policies, standards, audits, and patient safety
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✅ Hospital or healthcare facility experience preferred
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise nursing teams
• Monitor nursing quality and patient safety standards
• Conduct quality audits and support compliance
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper nursing policies and procedures are followed
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare departments
