Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate IBAO-certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must hold a valid IBAO certification, be licensed to work in Saudi Arabia, and be available to start immediately. You will work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized ABA therapy programs based on client assessments.
Conduct behavior assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Train and support caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards.
Requirements:
Valid IBAO certification (International Behavior Analyst Organization).
Licensed to work as an ABA Therapist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in delivering ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and teams.
Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time role.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience working in a multicultural or international setting.
Knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivities in Saudi Arabia.
